Withdrawal Notice

This English text is a convenience translation. The German version is authoritative to the extent permitted by law.
This notice is intended for consumers. The seller and contracting party for a purchase through Polar Checkout is Polar Software, Inc. Polar acts as merchant of record and authorised reseller. Finn Hillebrandt supplies and licenses the product-specific rights of use.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform Polar Software, Inc., 3500 South DuPont Highway, Dover, Delaware 19901, USA, email: support@polar.sh, by a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email, of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not required.
You may additionally send the statement to Finn Hillebrandt, Am Brandberg 10, 21401 Thomasburg, Germany, email: info@blogmojo.de. A statement received there will be forwarded to Polar without undue delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, Polar must reimburse all payments Polar has received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which notice of your withdrawal is received. Polar will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Effective withdrawal from the purchase also ends the associated right to use WPAgently's paid components. Rights in WordPress plugins already received under the GNU General Public License remain unaffected.
Early expiry for digital content
For a contract concerning digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires before the end of the fourteen-day period only if all statutory requirements of Section 356(6) of the German Civil Code are met. In particular:
- performance of the contract has begun,
- you expressly consented to performance beginning before the withdrawal period expires,
- you confirmed your awareness that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal when performance begins, and
- you received confirmation of the contract on a durable medium recording those declarations.
Unless all these requirements have been met, this notice does not claim that the right of withdrawal has expired early. Downloading, installing or activating a licence key alone does not replace the required declarations and contract confirmation.
Online withdrawal function
The online withdrawal function remains available on this page regardless of whether WPAgently is currently offering new contracts. The permanently labelled “Withdraw from contract” link in the footer leads here. The form records your name, email address, and Polar order number or contract identifier. You submit the declaration using the “Confirm withdrawal” button. After successful submission, you immediately receive an email stating the content, receipt time and request identifier of your declaration. The request identifier is additional evidence only. The receipt time recorded by the server remains decisive for meeting the deadline.
If the online function is temporarily unavailable, you may still declare withdrawal by email to support@polar.sh and optionally copy info@blogmojo.de.

Withdraw from your contract online
Use this form to make an unambiguous withdrawal declaration for your WPAgently contract. We record receipt, forward the declaration to Polar and immediately send you confirmation by email.
We use these details only to process and document your withdrawal request. Privacy
